Malla Reddy University (MRU), the first Private University sanctioned by Telangana State Government (GO MS No: 1, Dated 20.5.2020/TS Act No. 13 of 2020), under the aegis of Malla Reddy Group of Institutions, Hyderabad being the pioneers in running educational institutions for the last two decades announces admissions to full-time courses in Under-graduate (UG), Post-graduate (PG), Ph.D programmes offered for the academic year 2020-2021,to create a fulfilling environment for imparting education to the students, integrating the intellectual, technical, human and artistic-cultural skills thus enabling their development and full potential as an industry ready intellectual.

  • All eligible Candidates are informed that, the admission process of all the programmes through Joint Entrance Examination JEE (Mains)/State Common Entrance Examinations/ Malla Reddy University Common Entrance Test (MRUCET) Conducted by the University/ Qualifying Exam on merit for all categories.

Eligibility Criteria

The programs offered at Malla Reddy University (Engineering/ Science/Agricultural Sciences/ Commerce and Management) have different eligibility criteria. Listed below are the criteria as per the programs:

For Undergraduate Courses:

  • Candidates must have passed their 10+2 or equivalent examination in relevant subjects.
  • Candidates must have scored at least 60% marks in the qualifying examination at 10+2 / Intermediate level and admission through the State Common Entrance Test/ MRUCET conducted by the University/ Qualifying Exam on merit.
  • Candidates applying for engineering and other graduate courses should have completed 17 years as on 31st May of the year of admission.

For Post Graduate Courses:

  • Candidates must have passed 4 years duration Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized Institute or University for Engineering Streams.
  • Candidates must have passed 3 years duration Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized Institute or University for any discipline to management.
  • Candidates must have scored at least 60% marks in the qualifying examination at under graduation level and admission through GATE/ State Common Entrance/ MRUCET conducted by the University/Qualifying Exam on merit.

For Ph.D. Programs:

    • Candidates must have passed Masters Programs or equivalent qualifications in the relevant field.
    • Admission through NET/GATE/ Equivalent National Level Common Entrance Test/State  Common Entrance Test / MRUCET conducted by the University

Transport Fees: Rs.30,000/- per year
